In today’s fast-paced world, uninterrupted communication is essential for industries operating in remote or challenging environments. Satellite antennas form the backbone of these communication networks, supporting data transfers and ensuring the smooth functioning of critical infrastructure. At Satline, we recognize the importance of robust and high-performing equipment that stands up to the harshest conditions. This article highlights the advanced features and reliability of Satline’s satellite antenna fleet, designed to meet the demands of modern connectivity.

Advanced Satellite Dishes for Reliable, High-Bandwidth Connectivity

Seamless connectivity starts with exceptional hardware. Satline is proud to offer a lineup of industry-leading satellite dishes engineered to provide stable, high-bandwidth performance across a range of applications. Our antenna fleet includes:

ST-2700H Offset Dish
ST-1800H Offset Dish
ST-1500H Offset Dish

Row of rooftop satellite dishes under a clear blue sky, connected with red and blue cabling, used for broadcast signal transmission and telecommunications infrastructure.

Each of these dishes is designed for optimal performance, allowing us to deliver stable, high-bandwidth connections across various applications. Whether it’s for critical communications, remote monitoring, or high-speed data transfers, our offset dishes are engineered to handle demanding environments and deliver consistent, top-tier service.

  1. ST-2700H Offset Dish: With an effective reflector size of 2710×3015 mm, this model provides a robust signal across a wide frequency range (10.7-12.8 GHz), making it ideal for high-capacity communication needs. The dish’s glass-epoxy composite construction is built to withstand severe environmental conditions, including high wind speeds, with an operational tolerance up to 80 km/h and survival in gusts up to 200 km/h. Gain is impressive, reaching up to 45.6 dBi, depending on the frequency used, ensuring strong and stable performance for demanding applications.
  2. ST-1800H Offset Dish: This mid-size dish measures 1800×1935 mm and also supports a frequency range of 10.7-12.8 GHz. It offers solid gain values (up to 45.6 dBi), optimized for efficient data transmission and reliable connectivity in areas with challenging atmospheric conditions. The reflector material, a metallized epoxy-glass composite, offers resistance against salt, pollution, and other environmental stressors. It’s suited for medium-level service needs while still robust enough to operate in 80 km/h winds and survive up to 200 km/h.
  3. ST-1500H Offset Dish: The smallest of these three at 1515×1610 mm, this dish also serves the 10.7-12.8 GHz band and is engineered with the same high-quality materials and environmental resilience. While its gain values (up to 45 dBi) support effective performance, it is lightweight and versatile, designed for more compact installation requirements but still reliable under similar operational and survival conditions.

Each model is designed with high quality epoxy-glass materials for durability, long operational life, and ease of installation, allowing your company to deliver reliable, high-performance satellite services to clients in diverse locations. These dishes underscore a commitment to offering top-tier solutions in satellite communications, ready to meet the demanding needs of your clientele.

Each of the epoxy-glass satellite dishes—ST-2700H, ST-1800H, and ST-1500H—comes equipped with a powerful heating system designed to ensure uninterrupted performance in cold and snowy conditions. This feature is especially crucial for installations in regions with harsh winters, where ice and snow accumulation can impact signal quality and overall functionality.

Benefits of Integrated Heating Systems:

  • Uninterrupted Connectivity: By preventing ice and snow buildup, the heating systems maintain optimal signal strength, ensuring reliable communication even in harsh winter conditions.
  • Durability and Longevity: The heating elements protect the dish surfaces from the stress of freeze-thaw cycles, enhancing the overall lifespan of the equipment.
  • Operational Efficiency: Automatic activation of the heating system reduces the need for manual intervention, allowing for seamless operations and reduced maintenance efforts.

Incorporating these advanced heating technologies into our satellite dishes underscores our commitment to leveraging the best technology to meet and exceed our clients’ connectivity needs. By ensuring reliable performance in all climates, we provide peace of mind and dependable service to our clients worldwide.
